Sorry about that,correction--Darker than Libyans & lighter than Nubians(although there is also clear proof that even many Egyptians would have been considered 'black' by Western phenotypical definitons.)

Ancient Egyptian art depicts them as being lighter than Libyans & darker than Nubians.None of those groups were darker than Western Africans,though,whom Black Americans are decscendents of.Look at people from both the Saharan & the Horn of Africa regions,complexion,hair texture,facial morphology,ect.I quite sure that you can find pictures.

I don't know about the Egyptians but the Libyans and Nubians were very dark skinned, so yeah try to explain a little better

Respect due,but you need to brush up on your physical anthropology;Africans are the most phenotypically diverse continental group on the planet.That's why all the natural & human sciences begin there to trace the evolution of the worlds various cranialfacial types.,e.g.,Egyptians,Lybians,Nubians looked they way they did way before any Arab set foot on the continent. |
